Let's go back to basics

The task is like a huge mountain before you
but to do this, let's go back to basics

You need other people, too, but one thing about other people is
that you cannot control them
just as true as that nobody can control you

so, you cannot make their choices on behalf of other people
just as true as that you cannot expect others to make your choice on your behalf

So, all you can do, or, first thing you should make sure is
that you make your own choice instead of expecting someone else to do that part

"that part" particularly means:

1. You choose to have only God as your center, and nothing else (not any human including yourself)

2. You choose to communicate with him; reporting to him and receiving response from him (through your conscience)

3. You choose to live according to his words (or what you recognize is the universal truth, such as everything exist for others, you should not cheat/lie, do not blame others to justify yourself, etc.)

4. that also means you choose not to live according to whatever is against his words (or whatever you recognize is against the universal truth, such as existing for your own benefit, cheating/lying, justifying yourself by blaming someone, etc.)

5. You choose to always reflect and check with your conscience whether your thoughts and actions are according to God's word, and then make any necessary corrections

6. As long as you totally invest yourself into these directions, you will start to see the next step, as well as "God's hands" in your daily life

7. Through this, you may develop your own understanding of how God can work in your life, but just make sure not to insist on it, and always be humble to accept God's unique way of work in different people and different ways

So, in a way, instead of lamenting about what you cannot control, first do things which nobody else can do except you!
