It's so hard to have faith in me...

And it is scary, too.
I betray so easily
But still he has faith in me

You can laugh at me for having illusion
But do not laugh at God for that

appreciate your teeth?

One morning I realized that I was complaining in my mind,
"Why do I need to do this teeth brushing every morning and night? It is killing my precious time."

However, if you do not brush your teeth, you will have to face the consequence.

So, it's a dilemma.

Then from somewhere came a whispering voice

"Aren't you loving your teeth? She's a member of your body..."

That's true, I admitted.

Yeah, right. I didn't appreciate my teeth enough. Twice a day God is giving me a chance to invest my love on this member of my body. When my mind was shifted, then I don't feel I'm killing my time anymore. (still working on it...)

In whatever I do, I have an ability to make it a happy moment or unhappy moment. It is not up to what I do or what I experience, but up to me.

Choose one, yes, you can!

Do you prefer to live a life of gratitude, or a life of complaint?
Do you have ability to choose one out of the two?
Yes, you do.

The origin of love is not you, but God
Finding gratitude in God's love for you is the beginning point
The more you feel grateful, the more you would want to give
And the more  you give, the more gratitude you will find

React...

When you are about to react, do not react
Wait for a little while and see how things go
Try to stay with your original goal

God's work? my work?

When you want to accomplish something for God
and when it is something which he really wants to accomplish
then, he will be with you in every step of the way towards its accomplishment

Then, you should think this is not something you want to accomplish
but it is something God wants to accomplish
it is God's work much more than your work

and with the faith that he will be with you in every step of the way,
you will welcome whatever happens as his help to get it done

Then, you will be able to translate anything and everything happening to you
as God's help and his love
and his commitment

What you learn through this process will be tremendous
and good thing is that it is yours to keep

Pay attention to what is God's viewpoint about me as his child, so that his viewpoint can eventually become my own,
instead of just holding on to my own viewpoint about myself as ME

Always be aware of how he thinks and feels about me
and try communicate with that

As my parent, he always pays attention to me
and every small step I make, he gets rejoiced and excited

That one small step-- one step at a time
each step is thus an incredible chance for me
and him (them?)

Amazing thing is that even when you become your 50s and 60s, even 70s or 80s,
you still have someone you call "mother"

She just listens to you
and reminds you how much you are loved
and you regain the "Connection"

Then, you ask...

"What can I do to inspire myself?"

Well, when you were inspired by someone, what was it like?
You were inspired by someone for what that person does, or, the way how that person lives, weren't you?
That means, you can inspire yourself by what you do, or, the way how you live.

Or, if inspiring yourself is not easy, then, how about inspire the closest person/people
Try inspire your spouse by the way how you live.
It is no easy thing, but it is worth it, and it is fun.

Today's bathroom inspiration

If you cannot inspire yourself, 

then who will be inspired by you?

Know thy enemy... anger (2)

When you dig into the cause of your anger,
eventually you will come to the very deep ones
One of them is...

"(God,) why did you create me?"
"why did you create me with this and this and this, etc...?"
"I can't believe you love me when I see these horrible things you gave me--this and this and this..."

--insecurity

--anxiety or fear with no reason

but one thing about this is "lack of appreciation"
You forgot to pay attention to what good things he has given you

so, when you try to learn how to appreciate, that might help

Know thy enemy... anger

Very often...

you are not angry because of the things you are angry about,
but because of your anger

Knowing this would help you to control your anger

Reason for no God

In my generation, many people became Communist not necessarily because they were "inspired by" the theory, but because they found justification to release their anger and frustration by doing so.

So, you decide to believe in God or not believe in God not necessarily by theory but rather by your emotion.

But, this still may be just one aspect of the truth. Just try not to look at things from just one aspect and make a quick decision.

Life is a lot of...

Life is a lot of learning
And it is good that I can learn
So, I thank you, God, for this.

Message for myself

When you feel urge to say to someone something like... "I think you should do this and this..." "My advice for you is to do this and this..." "I tell you what you need to do is to do this and this... and I really believe it will work!" etc. ...

usually the case is those words are exactly what you need to hear. In other words, you are the one who should do "this and this" more than anybody else.

This is how God is conveying his personal message to you by using your relationship with someone around you. And after many whiles you would be saying, "Because of you I could get this message from God, which saved my life. You are like a "Messiah" to me!"

So, I know what I am writing right here is the exact message I need to listen to...

real Bathroom God

We have two bathrooms at home but nowadays the system inside the tank is not working very well for both of them, and one completely stopped working.
After a while of holding on to the one which still works, finally my son tried and he somehow FIXED it!
My wife's first loud scream, "Oh, Bathroom God!"
So, my son won the honor of the first real Bathroom God at our home.
