What I learned was:
* it is important to listen to not just one side but the other side in order to have correct understanding about the matter
* honesty is very important, especially being honest to yourself/your own conscience
* hatred would cause more hatred; be careful before you say things or act--first make sure where it is coming from (what my motivation is)
These are universal truth. But when they are expressed through the form of drama, it might give more powerful effect than the same content delivered through the lecture. We should not underestimate the power of movie, which can give emotional and visual impact.
