Thank God for discomfort zones!

Sometimes you feel God is asking you to move out of your comfort zone. Then you determine to move out of your comfort zone. Now, out of your comfort zone, you face many challenges, one after another... then, you feel, "I would never want to do these things. The only reason I am doing this is because God told me to do this. I would never do these things if it were not for God..." With a disgusting frustration you would say it. Then, wait a minute... Let's think...

Why does God want you to go out of your comfort zone? Of course it is not because he wants to enjoy seeing you suffer. The only one reason he wants you to go out of your comfort zone is for your eternal happiness. He knows as long as you have many "discomfort zones", your life will not be a happy one. Therefore, He really wants to help you eliminate those zones so that your eternal life can be a happy one. When He is asking you with such motivation of love, why would you follow Him with such unhappy frustration? Better think about it.

Just say, thank you, God, for giving me another chance, and then try to clear your mind about what exactly is happening to you. You are the hero of the drama and your audience is---God!
