Real situation always looks complicated. However...
the simple truth is blaming others is an act of creating another barrier,
while saying, "This is my responsibility..." is an effort to destroy one barrier
This has to be the basic guideline all the time
Blaming could win a battle for you
But what's the worth of it if you lose the war?
