Arrogance: listening to allies and enemies

Just talking to myself:

My arrogance has to be detected and destroyed.
If you cannot sincerely listen to and try to understand your ally or his advise, then, how can you expect yourself to sincerely listen to and try to understand your enemy?
It's a long way to go.
But going is better than not going
Just one step at a time.
