I don't think things just pop out overnight; everything has a long history behind it, which we may not, or can not be aware of.
Therefore, we don't need to be caught up with external stressful aspects, but we do need to stay in the core; as long as our heart is right, basically we will be fine, or, we will be guided into the right direction (however, right direction could mean anything...)
Our life is short, but our life is real, and whatever people have influence on it, it is essentially yours and nobody has a control over it, not even ....
So, you have to be smart, wise, and just be responsible for your eternal life
Something may seem to be scary but ask yourself if that is the only possible perspective; is there any way to see it "out of box"?
You are the only hope for you
And anyway it is a great chance for you to see who you really are, and also who you are becoming :-)
